Before the Consultation
A few days prior to your appointment a Health Questionnaire will be sent to you by email or post, depending on your preference. This includes questions relating to your present health concerns, medical history, diet and lifestyle, and any medical treatments you may be taking. The questionnaire is important to help formulate a comprehensive profile of your health.

The Consultation
Please allow up to 1 hour 30 minutes when attending for a first consultation. This includes the consultation itself, and time taken to make up any herbal prescriptions you wish to avail of.
During the consultation you will initially be invited to talk about your health concerns and how you are feeling. You will be asked some additional questions to help formulate your treatment plan.
Clinical diagnostics will be undertaken, which include blood pressure and pulse, and visual assessment of your tongue.

After the Consultation
Following the consultation, your customised Nutrition and Lifestyle treatment plan will be emailed to you. This can also be posted, if preferred.
The customised treatment plan provided during the first consultation will emphasise the key recommendations to prioritise. It is recommended that you implement as many changes as are practical, particularly over the first 3 weeks, to help you see health benefits as soon as possible.
The primary aim of any herbal tonics prescribed during a consultation is to promote the relevant natural processes in the body and provide targeted health benefits as soon as possible. This can also provide support to help you make appropriate nutritional and lifestyle changes.
Follow-up consultations can include updated treatment plan recommendations to account for improvements in health and to suit any changing health priorities. Please allow up to 1 hour 15 minutes when attending for a follow-up consultation.
